What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot with final payment made prior to your content being released.
What is your turnaround time?
7-21 days from shoot date depending on current workload and creative concept. If you do have a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate it!
Do you return my products?
If you would like your products to be returned, please include a return post bag. Otherwise products will be stored for up to 6 months.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. This is why your brief is SO important. However, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.
How do I get started?
We’ll ask you to fill out a short creative brief so we can understand what you’re looking for and quote your project! It’s important to put as much detail on your brief as possible to ensure we’re all on the same page!
Will I have a good idea of what the final content will look like? Will you provide creative direction?
Absolutely! We use a platform called Milanote to draw up your pre-production where you can collaborate with us on creative ideas and the details of the shoot. Once everything is fleshed out, we’ll ask you to give a final approval on the board so we can get started on the shoot!
Do you charge travel fees?
A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 30min drive from Pune. This will be calculated during pre-production.
Why am I being charged for studio, camera, or equipment rent when you already own them?
While I do work from my own home studio and use my own professional equipment, these costs are included in the project pricing because:
High-quality production requires high investment. Cameras, lights, and backdrops used in commercial product shoots are expensive and need ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
You’re paying for access to a full production-ready setup. Without the need for you to hire an external studio or rent gear separately, you're saving both time and budget.
Maintenance, wear & tear, and replacement. These tools wear out with use and must be kept in top condition to deliver consistent quality.
Electricity, storage, cleaning, and studio upkeep. These are operational costs that keep the space shoot-ready.
